Is it possible for a christian to become an enemy of God?

You may be looking at my title and wondering whats this all about. Well this was the title of an article handout at our ministry from a passage in a book.Immediately looking at the title it makes you want to read further just to see what the answer is to the question.Well I will just start out by telling you that the answer is absolutely yes. Now this answer will shake the foundation of everything you once thought about. Yes, He is loving, merciful,compassionate. But we also know that He is jealous for all of our affections. Anything that attempts to stand in the way of the affections that we are to have for Him. He will not relent until He has our full and undivided attention. Have you ever been a really hard situation and your rebuking the enemy and it just seems as if your not getting any type of break through? Sometimes its not always the enemy its God. He will do whatever necessary to get our attention and if it means that He has to shake up everything in our lives to do so He will. A lot of times its not the enemy but its the hand of God tugging at our hearts and to give us a dose of reality. The TRUTH is that God does not need us. We need Him more than anything. It is His hearts desire that we all would accept the invitation to fellowship with Him but unfortunately the ways of the world have become more enticing. We find more pleasure in the things of the world than we actually do spending time with Him.Intoxicated by Babylon, because you say that you are a christian please do not disregard any of these words. Those who love the world do what they do whole heatedly because its what their living their lives for, but if we as Christians still act, think and talk like the world the we are enemies of God.

still don't believe me. well lets go to the word of God:

Matthew 6:24 (kjv)

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

mammon is another word for worldiness.So basically the scripture is saying that it is absolutely impossible to serve God and love the world. No matter how you try to make it fit into your Christan walk. It absolutely will not work.

Its almost like being in a marriage. If you are married and you are seeing someone else on the side it is impossible to love your spouse whole heatedly if your not full committed and that's the same way it is with serving God. If we are luke warm with one foot in the world and one foot in Christ we can't serve Him. The desires of the world will always hold more weight than the desire to serve Christ because the road is narrow and it cost you everything. Many aren't willing to give up everything so its easy to settle

I believe that God is calling us to make a decision... right now in this very moment we are to choose this day whom we will serve will we love God or love mammon. If we as believers don't make this crucial decision and turn away from the ways of the world we could very well become enemies of God. Hes called us to walk at a higher standard and if we love Him we obey Him. We find it hard to obey Him because we don't really love Him.

Wednesday night Encounter God service at the Garner Prayer Furnace:
As we sat down and prepared to recieve a teaching from our Apostle there was antcipation on what was to be shared. Hungry for the word! She began telling us that the Lord had given her a word for us corporately and everyone sat attentive ready to hear the word from the Lord. As I pulled out my notebook and bible I was eager to hear what the word was. She began by saying that "corporately this is something that God desires to bring to our attention as we transition into our prayer furnace" and then the word GLUTTONY came out. Immediately the room fell dead silent.so silent infact that you could have heard a piece of paper drop on the carpet. Automatically my mind began to come up with many different excuses why this wasn't me before the message even started but as she began talking I realized that it was very much indeed me.

Gluttony is an area that many don't like to talk about nor actually sit and take the time to examine if it is indeed operating within our beings.It is not talked about alot within the body of Christ because we would much rather preach a message on the love of God rather than a message that will set the captive free.

Have you ever took the time .. really.. to just sit and think about if this may be something that is operating in your own life. Here are some things to give you to think about

- How much money do you spend on feeding your flesh
- How many times a week do you fast?
- Do you eat large portions even when your not hungry?
- Do you find yourself eating when your going through a rough time?
- Do you have secret stashes of food hidden away?

These are some of the few examples that we had to face within ourselves

Scriptures:

PHI 3:19 Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and
their glory is in their shame. Their mind is on earthly things.

PHI 3:19 Stick with me, friends. Keep track of those you see running this same course, headed for this same goal. There are many out there taking other paths, choosing other goals, and trying to get you to go along with them. I've warned you of them many times; sadly, I'm having to do it again. All they want is easy street. They hate Christ's Cross. But easy street is a dead-end street. Those who live there make their bellies their gods; belches are their praise; all they can think of is their appetites.

One of the fruits of the Spirit is SELF-CONTROL. Whenever we can't contol our appetites,turn down our plates and position our hearts to become closer to God then the sins that come to entice us will always win. Gluttony is not just about eating to much it affects every area of our lives.It is something that is so overlooked that it has become normal.

I hope that you will continue to follow me as I take you on my Journey of freedom from gluttony.

America Celebrates the death of a Terriorist but down plays abortion

Beloved,

As many of you know today America celebrates..but what is the glorious occassion? The death of a terriorist. Today, not only as an American citizen but as a believer my heart is grieved.As big of a win this may be to some, we throw parties over a man's death but yet the real issue has yet to be faced.Although the death of Osama may be infact in some form or fashion justice for those who lost families to the war we must sober up and realize that this by no means stops terriorm. Im sure osama had no problem dieing.That is what there culture after all is known best for doing. Dieing for what they believe. There is no victory won in his death but it is a great loss. Why do I say this? Because America has been decieved if we believe that the killing of innocent babies (abortion) everyday in this nation holds no weight,but the killing of one man is worth celebrating.

reading many posts on facebook today this in fact is one of my favorites.. " Tell them osama dead without a body they celebrate. Tell them Jesus died for them and rose without proof of a body and they speculate."

This statement alone holds so much weight. We would rather celebrate a body we have yet to see but when it comes to Christ dieing it is questioned.. when are we going to wake up? Take a look at everything that is happening around us.. the Lord is shaking this nation but we are too busy celebrating the death of one man.Innocent children are dieing and lawlessness is sweeping throughout the land.

James 4: 1-3

Why do you fight and argue with each other? Isn't it because you are full of selfish desires that fight to control your body? 2You want something you don't have, and you will do anything to get it. You will even kill! But you still cannot get what you want, and you won't get it by fighting and arguing. You should pray for it. 3Yet even when you do pray, your prayers are not answered, because you pray just for selfish reasons.

We must wake up America and realize that this battle is not won through death but it is won through prayer. Now is not the time to celebrate because there is much more to come. If we beleive that it ends with osama then we have fooled oursleves once more.Its time to turn our hearts back to God. Its time for America to wake up and get bloody knees !!

As believers we forfeit the level of freedom that we were meant to experience because of the way we think.EVERYTHING starts with a thought..but it is what we do with those thoughts good or bad that determine the outcome.When we began to find ourselves as believers walking out ungodly cycles and settling for temporary pleasures we must get honest with ourselves! why do I think the way I think? Why do I even say the things I say?

Matthew 12:34 (NIV) You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

That scripture says enough all in itself but if you want to see it a little bit deeper check out the message..

Matthew 12:34 (message) "You have minds like a snake pit! How do you suppose what you say is worth anything when you are so foul-minded? It's your heart, not the dictionary, that gives meaning to your words."

This is powerful. It clearly shows you that its impossible to speak things out of your mouth without first thinking about it.

Yes I am about to step on your toes.Have you or someone ever said something really mean to you and then said just joking? Regardless of whether it seemed to be a joke deep down in their heart there was truth to the statement because the thought must take root in the heart first before it ever comes out of the mouth.You may want to think about that next time you say something that you really don't mean...

Why do you think the word of God says that there is death and life in the power of the tongue?Our mouths can be so wicked that they have the power to destroy others. The heart is powerful without it, we can't function.Every time we allow our thoughts to override the Holy Spirit we clog our hearts up and if you have ever seen what cigarettes due to your lungs over a period of time just imagine the thoughts that we think and allow to take root in our hearts become over a period of time.Never mind the fact that on the cigarettes box it lets you know exactly what it will do to you but many choose to ignore it. That's the same way when it comes to our thoughts and the things that we say. The word of God tells us exactly what it will do to us but we choose to overlook it.

Are you tired of getting the same results out of life? well what are you going to do about it? You must change what you do.. and in order to change what you do you have to change the way you think!

Romans 12:2 (NIV) " Don't live any longer the way this world lives. Let your way of thinking be completely changed. Then you will be able to test what God wants for you. And you will agree that what he wants is right. His plan is good and pleasing and perfect."

Romans 12:2 (Message)
Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out.
Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.

Well these two scriptures couldn't say it any better. Jesus didn't call them brood of vipers for nothing he understood that whats in your heart plays a big role in who you become. so I encourage you all to allow God to show you these things in your own life and choose to no be conformed. Change your thinking! :)

P4CM Pastors..

Many of you have recently heard about Pastor Justin Cox and Chris Facey stepping down from P4CM for a while due to sexual immoral sin. This blog is not to bash them at all but I want to thank them. Why? These are real leaders with real hearts.. So many leaders out there would rather hide their sin and pretend like everything is okay but I respect them. Although it hurts my heart."True Repentance" causes you to do these things. Although many may have alot to say God still wants to use them..same way he uses you.People think that because you are a Pastor you are exempt from sin. No not one bit.I respect them because they exposed their sin and that goes to show that their is no cover up or no reputation that must be kept.I do not know them personally but I know what God has done through their ministry and now is not the time to stand in judgement or hold unforgivness but choose mercy instead of justice but to pray for them because these are our brothers and wouldn't you want someone to do the same for you? The devil is so stupid they are coming back 10 times stronger than before but we must keep our eyes opened and our hearts rended lest we fall. AS I write this my emotions become overwhelmed because the enemy has no respect of persons and don't think that it can't be you because it very well might be you. Does this situation make them any less anointed by no means. Jesus didn't come for those who had it all together.He came for the weak and the broken. How can you ever know the God who delivers you out of broken places if you have never been broken. I'm asking that everyone who reads this blog feel free to leave comments. Like I stated before this blog is not to bash them but to encourage so if you can't find any encouraging words please don't post anything. Leave encouraging words up here you never know .. they just might read it and it could help bring healing

A Joint Statement from Justin Cox and Chris Facey

There are times in the Christian life when we experience joy, beauty, success, disappointment and failure. Yet in the midst of disappointment and failure God teaches us powerful lessons of love, mercy, and redemption.

When we first founded P4CM, we founded it on a desire to live a life worthy of the cross and exemplify “passion for Christ.” Recently it has become clear that we have personally drifted from the standard that we sought to uphold as a ministry, and as leaders. Part of pleasing God is admitting when you are wrong, need correction, and help. Because of this we have agreed to step down from leadership at P4CM due to moral failures respectfully in each of our lives in order to have a time of healing, discipline, growth, and restoration. We are deeply grieved and sorrowful for how our sin has affected our church, leadership, and people that have respectfully followed us throughout the years. We see that there are times in the life of David when he was a warrior, a leader, and a broken sinner. You have been with us in our stages of being warriors, you have walked with us as we were before you as leaders, and now we humbly ask you to stand by us as we write our own Psalm 51, and are before you as broken, repentant sinners in need of rebuilding, mercy, and renewal.

This is another chapter in the book of our lives, I know it may feel like a sad time, but we don’t believe this is a sad time. God is sovereignly using this process to discipline and break us, to cultivate and shape us into the men that He has always wanted us to be. Sometimes you have to die before you can live, and this is our time of dying so that we can enter into new levels of life. It is our expectation, that you don’t despair to the point of losing hope, but rather pray for us while taking heed to yourself, it is a time for you to hold on stronger and affirm your own faith with more tenacity than ever before, this is not the end but rather the beginning. We fully support the way P4CM leadership has handled this situation in the loving way God has called them to. Also, we are working with an awesome leadership team of pastors, counselors and ministers that are committed to working on us, and with us for the ultimate glorification of God. Our hope is that this is not the end, but rather the beginning of something new that God is doing in our lives that will result in us being back before you in the future as new and better men of God.

Wasted Life & "Unashamed"

A wasted life and Unashamed...

What would it be like to simply just waste our lives for Jesus? Even in our weak attempts to love Him He embraced the cross and He did all for the sake of love. A powerful man said something that I will never forget " I am not ashamed of where I am because I know where I'm going" My heart leaps every time I hear it because that's the cry of my heart. Wasting your life becomes easy when you know where your going and your not ashamed of the obstacles that you face. You may not have all the answers but you have found a love that is so much greater than the temporary pleasures of this world.

It blows my mind how God takes the things that the world considers as "waste" and He uses them to change the nations and bring revival to a generation... When is the last time the world didn't approve of you? or are you just like them.Do we really understand what we say when we say "I waste my life for Jesus" these our powerful words and they will be tried. It is simply not about the trying of these words but it is the heart behind the person who says them. How many times have you heard someone say "I Love you?" and when it came down to it their words meant nothing.

I've have come to know the one who's Love is pure and undefiled and Hes looking for those who will forsake all for the sake of Love. We will never know love until we know God because that is His very being.The very nature of who He is. Don't be ashamed to waste your life for Jesus becauseHe wasn't ashamed to waste His for you...Selah

EX- FAILURE

Beloved,
Today I want to take you on my journey of freedom.The Lord has been sharing with me that in order for the book of my life to be opened my life must become an open book. Not just for me to see but for the world to see.I have learned not to be ashamed of where I am, because where I am going is far greater than what my natural eyes can see. This blog is not because everything inside of me desires to share with you..but it is for Freedom. Every time I open my mouth I make the enemy a liar and today is exactly what I am doing.
Wow so this Sunday service at The Furnace was completely amazing. After service Our Pastor told us that she felt like that she needed to let anyone who needs to stay behind to receive prayer stay behind. I knew that for a couple of weeks that fear and thoughts of failure had been trying to bring me down. I remember grabbing my things and getting ready to walk to the car and the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said" Do you want to be free?" I said Yes and I put my things down and sat on the floor. As I was sitting there a flood of thoughts came to my mind: You will never be free, you might as well just get up, ha ha the same people that you sitting on the floor with is the same ones that you minister to BIG FAILURE. Maybe you never had these thoughts but I will be honest for you ..they come! So I just began to pray and build myself up to silence the voices. Then I heard a voice still small voice say to me "Daughter today not only do I set you free from the opinions of others but failure today I break failure off of you." Then I heard this other voice call me and it was my Pastor and she was sitting in front of a lady and she said I was sitting here asking God who is to pray for her and he said you. It completely blew my mind because here I am sitting on the floor with thoughts of being a failure but yet the Lord wants to use me? Many times we feel like that God cant use us because of the issues that we face in life but I have come to know the one who takes the foolish things and use them. All this is to say that never let the enemy tell you that because of the issues that you face that you are the only one facing them and that it makes you disqualify ed. I think about when Peter denied Jesus I'm sure he felt horrible but the Lord said "upon this rock I will build my church. The enemy would love to make you feel like your the only one and that somethings wrong with you. The truth is that Jesus died for everything that we face be the rock that he builds upon and refuse to allow the enemy to tell you any different. I hope this testimony blesses you

The Truth still and will always remain the same.. He still wants you right where you are. Yes, in that weak and broken place. Oh if we would just learn how to think rightly about Him. He never leaves us alone. Its amazing how he desperately chases after our hearts. What hinders us from loving the God who is love? I've come to the knowledge that it is only the very fact that we can't wrap our human minds around the thought that there is actually someone who loves us beyond measure. This is no worldly love its something so profound but yet so alive. We must take time to seek after the TRUTH of the Fathers heart. The God who was and the God who is and will forever be. He is the most consistent person that we will ever meet.Truth is and will always remain the same.. God still wants you no matter where you are. The God we serve is not like man and all though we have the knowledge of this, we lack the understanding within our hearts. He does not want you for what He can get out of you but He wants you because there is a desperate pursuit in His jealous eyes, even before you were in your mothers womb..and He is fighting for our affections that have been taken captive by the lusts of this world. He is leaping over the mountains and abounding over the hills knocking down everything that gets in His way until he reaches you. It would have been nice if He came for those who have it all together but I've got good news He didn't, He came for you and I.Weak and broken. Beloved I tell you the truth is and will always remain the same...He still wants you

Exchanging the Truth about God for a Lie...

Beloved, I'm afraid that we are in error when it comes to accepting the TRUTHS about God and what His son has done for us.Was the work on the cross truly enough? We might say well yeah it was.. but that's not what our actions say.Our actions say that we do not know Him. We have absolutely no clue who He is because if we did we would think rightly about Him and refuse to accept the lies of the enemy.

How do we accpet the LIES of the enemy?

- When we dont trust Him with our lives
- When We dont trust Him with jobs and finances
- When we dont trust Him for healing in our bodies
- When we believe the lies that the enemy feeds us about ourselves and others
- When we allow little things to get us distracted and our eyes off God
- When we make our situations bigger than God

It may not be these things listed above but examine your own heart nobody knows you better than you and God and it is time that we get honest with ourselves and with God. How can we expect this generation to think rightly about God when we ourselves exchange the truth about Him constantly?Beloved, there is coming a day when God will turn us over to the lies we believe...think its a joke?

Romans1:25-28

"25They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

28Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. 29They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them."

So what are you gonna do about it? Now is the time to allow God to burn those things out of us and renew our minds so that we can think rightly of the one who thinks so rightly about us...

Touched by love Himself ...

Many of you have been through many situations in life, but have you ever wondered how in the world did I make it through this? Well .. you were touched by love. See, love Himself looked down from heaven and saw someone who was broken and said " I can use them right where they are" WoW! is that not amazing? It amazes me everytime I think about how dead I was on the inside and how Christ just came and touched my heart and he revived me. It wasn't by anything special that I did to deserve that love but yet he looked down from heaven and smiled over me. When you are touched by love.. your never the same. Often times we look for people to feel that love that only God can fill. When you search for love outside of Christ you will only end up right back where you started--Heart broken and desperate for more.

Love has been awakened throughout the body of Christ but when you are touched by this love what do you do with it? Do you embrace it? or do you give it back? Well you might say how do I give it back? you give it back everytime you have a choice to touch someone else with the same love that was given and you make a decision to walk past them. We are not touched by love for our own selfish gain, we are touched by love so that we can freely give it out to someone who needs it just like we did.

The Lord spoke to me and said "how can you be touched by my love and not touch anyone else?" I began to weep and ask God for forgivness because he was right. He freely gave me something that I did not deserve but yet I held on to it as if it was something that I earned. Many people in the bible who encountered Jesus love went and SHARED it with others.Now we must examine our hearts and take them before God.

Breaking off "Rejection" for the spirit of adoption

Jason Upton inspired me to write this blog after listening to one of his songs called "spirit of adoption". It absolutely touched my heart and I truely believe that the song speaks to my generation. God is breaking off the rejection. not just being rejected by boyfriends or girlfriends or a job but being rejected by family and friends. He is releasing the spirit of adoption into our lives. Leaving the old mindsets behind and the old lifestyles. He is calling us to a heavenly place with him. For every time that you have ever been hurt or disappointed by people God is going to begin to break those walls that we build in our heart.

You know those walls that say:
"I will never open up my heart to get hurt again"
"I will never trust again"
I will never let him/ her hurt me again

all these are walls that we put up in our hearts that does not allow God to love us as much as he would love to. Its time that we break off all those fears and rejection from man and begin to open up to God and allow him to adopt us into His kingdom

and hes sayingto you
"I will never leave you"
"my word is my promise"
"be the child you were created to be"

Break off rejection and recieve the Spirit of adoption in Jesus Name!

God is looking for a Generation who will dare to be different. There is a sound that is being released from heaven and those who are thirsty will tap into a realm in the spirit that they have never been. God is sending his fire to rain upon the thirsty hearts of his people.The atmosphere has shifted and the sound has been released. There are things that we have been praying for God to do and in this season if you will dare to be thirsty for Him doors will begin to open that no man can shut. There is an abundance of rain coming to the land. God has opened the heavens and is pouring out his blessings upon his people. These are not just any blessings but they are heavenly blessings. When people look at you they will begin to see the glory and the power of God all over you. There is a spiritual veil that is being released over the body of Christ. This veil is so bright that the enemy is blinded. No darkness can come near this veil. God is raising up an army of people who will stand against the enemy in boldness and not in fear or intimidation. This is the year of the FIRE of the heavens and the abundance of RAIN...I dare you to tap in to what God is doing in the nations. can you hear the sound?

This picture is a representation of someone deciding that they want to surrender their heart to God. Someone with a cry of desperation saying,"God I don't know everything, but I know that I Love you God". We have to get to the place where we realize that without God we are nothing,without God we can do nothing but fail, but it is by His love and His mercy that when he looks down upon us he sees the blood of his son. The hand here in this picture is partially closed because it is not totally surrendered. They are unaware of the full price that is required to be a follower of Jesus Christ. Their is no more half surrendering situations to God, either we desire to be fully His or we don't. Its time to stop living with our hands half way surrendered to God and give him ourselves Above all else. Above every situation, above every circumstance, for God takes pleasure in a surrendered heart and a surrendered hand. When God looks down from heaven he does not see everything that's wrong with us because he created us so there is no need to look down at what he created and point out everything that's wrong because HE ALREADY KNOWS. Nothing is hidden from his eyes so just lift up your hands and surrender it is so much easier ..... His LOVE is so much better

Today I would like to share with you my journey from Kansas City. I am with some of the youth from my church @ the International House Of Prayer and all I can say is WOW. This is the second day and it is already blowing my mind. This is a place where its 24 hours of prayer, where healing and deliverance takes place. Yesterday we had a chance to sit in on a worship service after Mike Bickle was done teaching on the book of revelations. It was one particular song played that touched my heart very deeply. It was called [[Jesus, lover of my soul]]. That song that really touched my heart really deeply because it showed just how deep Gods love for us goes. Its deeper than we can ever think or imagine. When we think about the way God loves us UNCONDITIONALLY, its kind of hard to wrap our minds around. As this song was playing the Holy Spirit made me examine my heart and he spoke to me and said"what can separate you from the love of God?" All these things began to flash before me and my spirit was overwhelmed by the presence of God. I began to deal with those things in my heart that was not pleasing to his eyes. God even allowed me to see walls that I had put up with him that I didn't even know was there. His love does not compare to mans love. He will never leave us ....that's just how good of a God he is. In the midst of our sin our selfishness he can still LOVE us. He revealed to me that there were things in my life that separated me from his love [[Heart Strings]], Things that may not necessarily be sins but it separates us from the father. I know your looking at the title of this and your wondering whats going on. Its a simple thing that teens across the nation do to get them off focus and for females...on these emotional roller coasters.
Text messaging is the most popular thing to do now days. Its the easiest form of communication. Its almost like a bag of Lays potato chips you cant just eat one..Its the same way with texting you may not be talking to the person but every word that they say is going into your eye gates. Depending on the conversation it effects your Mind your body and your spirit.

Answer truthfully:::
I want you to stop for a minute and think...How much do I text a day?
How much time do I spend with God or reading my word?

If the hours you spend text messaging out way the hours that you spend with God ..then you might need to consider spending more time with God.

I'm not just saying this just to be saying it... these are the same questions that I had to ask myself
No longer can we be "textually active" but God must be our first Love

a lot of people get so consumed in text messages that their unaware of the things around them. The enemy will use anything that he can to get you mind off focus...thus we have car accidents

Is there anything wrong with texting..NO
but if it gets all of your time or could possibly put someone else in danger then you need to reconsider whats important in your life...

This picture above ministers to me so much.That's exactly what Jesus does. Think about it..There are plenty of situations that many of us have been in that we know we should have been dead. It was only the hand of God that reached down and saved our lives...NEVER forget where God has brought you from It makes it so much easier to walk in the love& compassion of God.

John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, who ever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life."

I remember speaking about this one Saturday at my church & while listening to a Pastor from Toronto speak at Catch the Fire church, I was like WOW! the same exact emphasis on the word "SO" was brought back to my attention... God didn't just love us ...No he SOOO loved us. That means that he loved us beyond words. He couldn't even find a word to describe his affection for us.He loved us soooo much that he was willing to give his one and only son.I don't know about you ..but that's LOVE ..and he did it all for you and I just so that we could live.

Continue to thank God for all that he has done in your life and never be ashamed.You never know ..you could save someones life.

Are you guilty of this?...many times parents can be guilty of killing their childrens destiny knowing or unknowingly. I can speak for teens all across America. Whenever you feel that your parents are pulling you away from something you love to do after a while there is a resentment that builds up then you become angry at them. The worst thing a parent can do is pull a child away from God. and it is 10 times worse when you are a believer. You give them the impression that everything that you ever taught them about God is a lie. How can we say that we are believers but yet pull our children away from God?Do you not remember the nights that you cried out and travailed for them to be saved? Did God not answer your prayers? Do you not remember the joy that you felt the very first time they gave their life to God? Do you not remember the days that you were pleased that they finally turned to something else besides sex, drugs, gossip, rebellion, vanity, lust etc. ....think about this ..think hard. are you helping push your child closer to God?.. or do you feel the need to control there lives without saying a word. well maybe you say Im not controlling them I just want the best for them

This was the scripture that we talked about on Wednesday night with Pastor Joshua.This was a really good study to me because it makes you take a deep search to see where your heart really is. After going back and reading the scriptures I just had to Blog it!

The Pharisees and Sadducees went to church they obeyed the law but they were seeking after signs and wonders. Here Jesus is doing all these signs right in front of them but they couldn't even recognize them. They were seeking after what They wanted from Jesus instead of seeking after his heart and who he is.

How many times have we prayed to God coming to him asking him for things.
"God I need you to get me out of this situation"
often times we are the ones who got ourselves in the situation to begin with

so remember be careful how you approach the throne....it is not what he can do for you but it is what you can do for him to advance his kingdom Matthew 6:33 says "seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added to you"

I've never fully shared my testimony with alot of people...and so many have heard but this is who I am :
I am a girl who searched for love in all the wrong places
Me and my family moved to virginia I hated it when I first moved..I was mad at the world. The first 3 months me and my sisters stayed in a shelter...
At the age of 13 I lost my virginity ...sex was my drug of choice I was mad at the world and very rebellious.I started skipping school to have sex looking for this love. I've fell into pornography and masturbation...Looking for this love. I go to the doctor and they tell me that I have an STD. They give me a pill but I threw up because my stomach cant hold it only to find out that its still there ...Finally its gone ...But my addiction to sex is still there. I am in church all at the same time singing to God but dieing on the inside.day after day being forced to deal with this issue but never having the GUTS. One night I decided that I would run away with a guy and never come back ...leave everything I've ever known.. as I'm sitting there in the park with tears running down my face ...I literally see demons running around it PITCH black and for some reason I couldnt move. ....I waited I waited I waited ..but he never came ...I sat there and an angel stood right before me...encounter that I cant deny and told me to go home..some how I found the strength to get up and that angel was with me every step of the way....I was saying to myself I cant go home.....so I walked home a slep in the car ..that was first time i ever experienced the power of God

We know that one of the main beliefs of a christian is having a undrstanding who jesus is to us and understanding what Jesus did for us on the cross...EVEYONe can believe in God but as christians believing in Jesus is what makes us different... This is what President Obama had to say :

My Opinion: It blew me away because so many christians only saw the word Christian and saw the color black and that was there vote. But now that clearly by what he said we True believers know that he is not a Christian because :

1. He does not recognize Jesus Christ for who he is ( Believes there is a higher power)

3. He does not believe in Heaven

This picture is sooooo...profound to me ... God is consuming her with his love. I beleive that that's exactly what God wants to do to us..... CONSUME....every hurt, pain,fear,stuggle and just wash us clean. Wash us of eveything that we think that we know. He wants to to be the flame upon or hearts. He wants us in a place where we pray to him to be the fire inside of us...... God we open up to you... God we jus ask you right now to go into the depths of our hearts and burn out those hidden love affairs that we have with sin when no one is around. God come burn inside of us. We are your and we cry out for you to come burn us in your fire. We hunger for your presence OH GOD.... we ask that you come.... take us up and consume us. Let your fire kindle in our hearts and set us in your furnace. We give our lives to you OH GOD .... BURN IN US !!!!!

As you see ...this issue is getting worse....Every corner I turn in my highschool....someone is pregnate..I remember when it use to not be cool...but now it's like bellies are a fashion statement ......these are just a little facts that I found...

I want to encourage everyone on today that there is more to life than what you are going through. Whatever your test is just know that God has great plans for your life. Maybe you find yourself stuck in a situation where you feel like that its impossible to get out of , but what you need to know is that God loves you so much...... seek God for every answer because he gives you peace about every situation. You can make it ...jus hang on ...and seek God and you'll always find him the more you seek ......He loves you with an everlasting love and the peace of God is encircling your heart right now...LET HIM IN .......SEEK AND YOU SHALL FIND SAYS THE LORD......

I guess your wondering...whats the big deal....... Well let me tell you what my problem is. Why are so called christians falling for this trap. Everything that looks good isn't. Are you compromising because of color?? but yet you see nothing wrong with the fact that he's for abortion 100% which goes totally goes against the word of God. Now my question to you is why are you compromising because of the color of his skin?.....I could sit here and list every reason why you shouldn't vote for him but I am very interested in hearing what KINGDOM beleivers have to say about this issue or are you BLINDED by the spirit of the Anti-Christ ???? Not only are you compromising but your teaching your children to compromise as well.....The future generation ...if you don't get how can you ever expect them to??

why is it so easy to compromise?? As believers we are to no longer be conformed to the world so what is it that attracts us to it?? Is it the media, friends,family or is it our own selfish desires. Here's some news people. there is a 99% chance that the people in the world that you are striving to be like is striving to be like someone else who trying to be like someone else and the list goes on. The devil is trying to steal our identity and we are falling for it. He uses music to tell us who we are.We would rather settle for being what he says rather than what the Bible says about us ....God has called us to be extraordinary but we are just fine with the ordinary. Now is the time not later!!The clock is ticking ...when will you WAKE UP!! time is too short and the devil is killing more and more young people everyday. The Holy Spirit gave me a revelation. I asked him why are so many young people dieing so young??The devil's job is to kill us before we reach the age of 21. I'm soooo serious about this. He has taken that age because when you turn 21 you become legal to the world well guess what....He has free reign in the world so his plan is that by the time you are 21 and you haven't made up your mind who your going to serve he won't stop until he has your soul.........he won't even let you sleep at night.....UNLESS ....you begin to cry out for god with all your heart, mind, body and soul. If you just begin to open up your heart to Christ and let the love of God come in and invade you. I promise that you will have an encounter with him that will change your life forever ....so what are you waiting for tomorrow's not promised ??

For those of you who are wondering what the Elisha Movement is all about ......

2 Kings 2:9-13

“When they had crossed, Elijah said to Elisha, “Tell me, what I can do for you before I am taken from you?”

“Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit,” Elisha replied.

“You have asked a difficult thing, Elijah said, “yet if you see me when I am taken from you, it will be yours otherwise, it will not. As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind. Elisha saw this and cried out, “My father! My father! The chariots and horsemen of Israel! And Elisha saw him no more. Then he took hold of his garment and tore it into two. He picked up the cloak that had fallen from Elijah and went back and stood on the bank of Jordan.”

The Elisha movement is a prayer based movement. This movement is calling all the young people ages12-25 to rise up and stay sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit as he leads them into times of prayer and waiting on Him.

The mantle of prayer and dominion has been released to the youth of this generation. The Elisha Movement is raising up a group of young people that will stand against the Anti- Christ. The Elisha Movement will take the gospel to the streets and tell youth of this nation the “My God Saves” The vision is that the youth will embrace the mantle of revival from the Lord & seek to have a deeper encounter with Him.

As the youth encounter God in prayer, they will begin a revival that will awaken this generation. The Elisha Movement requires persistence, determination, and faithfulness the part of all the youth, so they will be correctly positioned to receive the mantle. The Elisha movement will provoke the youth to change their environment, change their friends, change their family, change the hallways in their school, and change the streets of their neighborhoods.

“Then he went out to the spring and threw salt into it, saying, ‘this is what the Lord says: I have healed this water. Never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive.” (2 Kings2: 21)

The youth in the Elisha Movement are the salt of the earth. They are transformational youth. They will transform this society as they walk in humility and submit to the Lord in prayer. As they cry out loud on behalf of their generation, the Lord will heal the land!

I challenge you to take a stand for what you believe in not later but today!
